Te Akau Traverse
We had an early morning start in Te Akau. This was for a SO - old plans and old school traversing through dense native bush.
This is how our orchard designs start
We start by surveying all the existing features. Here our GPS base is set up next to some curious onlookers in the Opotiki area.
Initial excavation works
We often set out building pad corners for the initial excavation works. Doing this gives the client extra peace of mind that they are on the right track.
"How many pegs can you do in one day?"
- Popular question between surveyors.
A typical monthly volumes plan for a civil project
We provide ample data to assist with clients' claims on projects. This particular one is for a project in the Waipa district.
Setting Out
We are all about making the contractor's job easier. Setting out kerbs at an offset definitely helps!
Mount Te Kawa
Who doesn't like a good Trig photo? It's even better with a view like this. We took this photo while establishing control for a topographical survey on Mount Te Kawa.
Orchard Design
This is what a typical orchard design looks like. As you can see, we go above and beyond to provide our clients with extra information. This particular orchard is located close to Edgecumbe.
Accuracy Is Key
A precise set out of a greenhouse in the Bay Of Plenty. Millimeter accuracy is what we aim for.
Monitoring Survey
Monitoring survey of a bridge abutment in Auckland.
Total Station
Just a good snap of our Total Station. You can see the Bluetooth radio handle being used for better connectivity with the field controller.
Topographical Survey
Always fun to do rural surveys, especially if you find 50+ year old survey marks. This was at Lake Arapuni where we did a topographical survey for a new house design.
